1. General

1.1. This policy describes what data the owner of https://dvoematrix.com (the “Site”, “we”) collects, why and how it is processed.

1.2. By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What data we collect

For the free reading — dates of birth and, optionally, the names of two people, and your answers to the quiz. The free reading runs in your browser; this data is not sent to the server.
When you place an order — the same dates, names and answers, your e-mail address, the chosen product, the order time and the payment status.
Support requests — the text of the message, the order number and the contact you gave for a reply.
Anonymous statistics — how many times a day steps on the site are completed (page opened, reading done, payment opened). No cookies and no link to a person.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed; these are automatically recorded in server logs.
Data in your browser — the number of your last order and your e-mail are kept in your browser’s local storage so you do not have to enter them again. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.

We do not receive or store bank card details: payment takes place on the side of the lava.top payment service.

3. Why we use the data

to generate and deliver the report you paid for;
to link the payment to your order;
to answer your support requests and review refund requests;
to keep the Site running and secure.

We do not use your data for advertising mailings and do not sell it.

4. Who receives the data

lava.top — the payment service: your e-mail and the order amount to process the payment;
the hosting provider (Railway), whose servers run the Site and store the orders.

Data is passed to other third parties only where expressly required by law.

5. Storage and protection

5.1. Order data is kept as long as needed to give access to the paid report and to handle possible requests, but no longer than 3 years from the order date.

5.2. The connection to the Site is secure (HTTPS). The order page and the report are available only via a personal link and are closed to search engines.

6. Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion by writing via the form on the Support page with your order number. We will reply within 10 business days. After deletion, access to the report via the link ends.
